Pinecone survey query

I have a joined up with pinecone a few months ago and have already done two surveys with them. Near the end of the surveys, they ask, would you like to try this product? I always select yes, but does that mean you will definitely receive the product as I haven't received anything from them apart from the £3 luncheon vouchers?

Hi Chris,

Every survey asks if you would like to try the product but this is not a guarantee that they will send a sample out to you. I have completed many surveys for them but have only been given one product trial.

Oh I see, that will be why then. If you have been lucky enough to be selected, how long do they normally take to send you the product out?

I did a survey on 25th and received payment via paypal yesterday.

has anybody found they are not sending any pruducts for quite some time, still getting surveys which im greatful but it has been a while

Ive had three samples in the last 6 weeks so they are coming out still

I've not had any product samples but getting regular surveys to do. About 2-3 per month.

What samples have you had?? I have had 2 or 3 surveys in the space of a week and they have asked about product testing and would i be interested :rolleyes: is this usual before you get a product test??:j
