Oh. Then you do have the proper ID and password from the looks of it. I think they first initially sent mine with my first survey and not prior to it as far as i remember, though i guess i could be wrong. Did you do the household questionnaire already, as in the starting questionnaire where you had to answer questions, and it had a different username and password, and in the email it said that it wasn't the proper ID and pass? I think you should wait for a few more days then contact them. My first survey took quite a while after i finished the questionnaire.

    I've just double checked.
I received the household ID and pass, which is the same I have now. I did the survey, and then I received that other email I have posted. I haven't heard anything since, but if I try to do the household survey again I get a message saying I have already finished that survey. So I guess I just need to wait!
    Thank you.

I also have to wait for IPSOS to send me login details, I don't know why it takes them so long!
    :)

That's for the old members. New members get £3 per survey.

All i know is your panel ID and pass should be different to the household ID and pass from what i remember. Hope you get your first invite soon. :)

And yeah IPSOS are really slow. :/ I sent an email to them regarding it and still no response.

    Hi,

I'm just starting out in the world of surveys at home, and just wondered if you could recommend me for Pinecone?

    Thanks
