    Morning everyone!

    V red and crispy from yesterday and now cannot sit in sun unless wearing full length sleeves-good look. Not.

    Can I please ask for some opinions here-thinking of going back to 'all over blonde' again-like it was last year-what do you think? It's much more MSE as I can colour my own hair then, and my hair grows so quickly!

    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I think you look fab as a blonde Bunny, really lights up your face.

    I'm putting together a teaching file at the moment. Ihave a 4 week cookery course starting next monday and I will be officially observed at one of the sessions so need to make sure it's tip top. It is good though as I can use recipes from some of the stuff I've done in previous terms and just tweak the wording a bit,so only a fraction of the work to do.

    Going to have a first go at a little bit of yoga today on the wii fit. Please note the word 'little' - I can't see me wrapping myself in knots just yet!

    Grey here, rained for about 10 minutes earlier.

    I wouldn't use any of the old colour, chuck it and get all fresh.
    If the old stuff has become slightly damp or been contaminated with something and then left, who knows what it could do!!!!!!
