Oh thank you Z, what a way with words! xxxx

    What?

Just calling it how I see it.
( I am not really slender mind you)

Yes you are - probably not as slender as you'd like to be (women never seem to be satisfied with themselves) but much more slender than you think you are.

Buffy - the skirts sound okay to me - maybe I dress like a librarian too! :rotfl:

What about teaming them with shirts for a smarter look that's still practical if you're teaching all day?

I've got a couple of shirts similar to this:

    20081128_007010811760?resMode=sharp&op_usm=1.1,0.5,0,0&rgn=0,0,2000,2000&scl=5.208333333333333&id=0VK7gahBURV_-YkllX1kBZ

...which I think look good with skirts for work - although I got mine from New Look for about £20 each - I'm not a designer babe lol!

Or if that's too dressy for the classroom, what about plain black trousers and some funky tops?

Maybe there's a reason why I'm an underwriter, not a personal shopper though... :rotfl:

I like the idea of wearing stuff like that, think I am bit fat at the moment but I often look at stuff in New Look and think I would like to wear it.

When I do find stuff I have to be careful its not too low cut tho. :o:o

thank you for all the suggestions and kind comments have been distracted by Susan Boyle and pizza.

    xxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

Not sure really PAP  do you have any Next outlets near you, you know where they sell the old stock that they have to move out of the normal shops for the new season stuff - IYSWIM
You might be able find it in there, nearer the time you want to buy it.

If it is in their Summer Catalogue it will be, but it wouldn't be in the shops then, generally their shops don't have everything all the time.

You see part of my debt came from next.....
