Back again, just been in the garage/gym for the first time in 2 weeks :eek:
I need to do some work to get back up to full strength after being ill and the lump (which has gone woohoo!)
instead of a straight run I did a circuit:
treadmill 5 mins
punchbag 5 mins
weights 5 minutes.
Managed the circuit 3 times.
Glad to be exercising again but feeling a bit disappointed.

Random question of the day: why do I love the smell of celery but hate the taste of it?? It's ok blitzed with onions and carrot as the base of chilli/bolognaise etc, but I can't eat it on its own. The smell though is lovely!
I have freezing cold fingers. Just been doing a freezer 'audit' to see how many main meals I have in there from the meat etc (9
