    mmm...chicken would be my first choice and not that unhealthy especially with lots of salad and chilli sauce....yum... but DS is in bed so it'll be cereal for me I think.:rolleyes:

    well, yeah, but I'm working on the theory that I'm tricking my body out of thinking it's on a diet. I read somewhere that you should eat more some days than others to vary the calories a bit, avoiding starvation mode.

    So, if I'm going to do something I'll try to do it well, hence the chocolate, chips and kebab :rotfl:

    I've heard that too and also that you should sleep lots so a day off eating chips and snoozing is in order soon!
