Yup - call and ask, but go through the bill so see what exactly is the talk plan, days they have charged.0

I had the same thing happen to me last month. I pay £30 a month usually with o2 but last month's bill was only £18. I havent got round to calling them yet so let me know if you find out what's going on. I had a look at my bill online last night but couldnt really see why I've only been charged this. Be nice if they've decided to reduce the tariff!

Were you in credit or have had a refund from last month? Or if it's your first bill, it may not be for a complete month. You can call them free on 100.0

I called o2 last night and it turns out my tariff is actually £19 a month not £30! I'm sure that wasnt the case when I intially signed up for it but I cant find anything that tells me what it was - its an online 50 tarrif.
Sure enough this is quoted as being £19 a month on the website. However I benefit from a better deal than advertised - 50 mins and 500 free texts (I only really use it for texting so suits me).
I was heavily using my phone when I first got it, meaning I was paying over £30 but recently Ive cut down on usage which is why I only just noticed my bills were actually coming in at under £30.
Anyway you might want to call them Katrina and see if the same thing applies to you.
I'm not complaining - means my budget is better off than I thought! Plus they told me I can apply for upgrade next week and they'll offer me an even better deal :cool:0 -

HAd to laugh there sorry, bills of over £30 and you think you're a heavy user...
I was hooked on my mobile phone until recently, overall in the past 12 months I've spent over £1200... No wonder I'm on this site to sort myself out... Good for you getting your bills down to less than £30 :T , for the first time in 3 years this might be ablut to happen to me thanks to T-Mobile and their new FlexT tarrif.... £4988 Lloyds TSB Mastercard
£400 O/D Lloyds TSB
£2650 Lloyds TSB Loan
£5070 Black Horse Finance
Skint, but I have a plan.... an MSE Plan!!!0 -
haha..see what you mean 5limJim!
I should have worded that differently - when I say I was spending over £30 I mean I was really spending around £60-80 a month so I didnt notice that my tarrif was actually lower than £30 a month. Now I'm underspending - I've not reached the limit on my call and text allowance for the past two months, so Ive only had to pay the £19 fee.
Good luck with yours
