You need to find out if you have a bank charge first. If you have then ask the bank if they will consider a one off gesture of goodwill payment(I would cancel the standing Order). If not then it's the standard reclaim method here.0

I recommend going into a bank and telling them you have no way of paying the charge. Ask them if there are any other options and you're broke etc etc.
I have found face-to-face people are much more sympathetic. Especially if you do puppy-dog eyes0 -
ive payed it back
but i want the money back0 -
are you trying to claim for just one charge? x2012 Wins - Danepak Fridge Magnet, £20 Just Eat Voucher, iTunes Song Download, Yellow Toaster and Kettle, Thorntons Bunny, 6 Months Gym Membership, £250 Multipower Products, 3 X Dalepak Vouchers, 10 minute sunbed session, Lucozade Sport, 2 X BMI Flights, Android Zeemote,0

ask the bank if they will give you the charge back as a goodwill gesture and try to make sure you have money in the account in future when you know funds are due to come out.3 stone down, 3 more to go0
