Call Divert Query for Sony K770i on V.M.
I have just joined Virgin Mobile on their £8.50 per month for 100 mins and 100 texts with a free K770i.
One of the reasons I changed from PAYG to contract was for such things as call divert. When I try to set up the call divert, whatever number I put, the phone says "Divert Always Command Error".
I suspect that the answer is that this facility is not available on such a cheap tariff, but I have not seen that written anywhere.....and the error message (i.e. command error) implies to me that I have not stipulated the command correctly rather than something like "divert not available".
I have tried doing +44....and the number, 0044 and the number or just the number (e.g. 0750 123456)
Am I doing something wrong or is it just not available on my tariff?

Virgin does not support call diversion at all. Or did not a few months ago.0
