Thanks to the MSE team for reducing the time we have to wait between sending PMs from 140 seconds to 60. Any chance of a further reduction, say to 30 seconds? Any users abusing the PM system can be put on ignore and/or reported if this is why you're still wanting us to leave it so long. And can we possibly have the option of being able to send the same PM more than one person at once? Same as above if it's abused....
