Item not received dispute

A buyer has opened a not received dispute on paypal but I know they have had it as they have left feedback. Bascially I opened a mutual agreement for the item (opened it for wrong item) and they saw this as an opportunity.
Has anyone had this or know how Paypal proceed when a buyer has left feedback?

You will need to provide tracking information to paypal. They do not take feedback into consideration as far as I am aware.Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Birmingham Childrens Hospital caring for my tiny and very poorly grandson who was born at 29 weeks. They are a "new" ebayer I really dont think they done it by accident or they would have contacted me before now and not wait 3 weeks. It is immaterial anyway, regardless of feedback paypal will find for the buyer as you can't prove delivery.
