Orange retentions don't value anybody I'm afraid these days. Their customers are dropping like flies.
I heard it directly from one of the lads on CS there who was really sound, he says they aren't interested in offering any real incentives to stay for people who stay within their call allowances, and who spend less than about £40 a month. This is now practically standard policy.DONE: Great North Run 09! Raised £452 for the National Autistic Society

Agreed, my other halfs father works for Orange, and not only are the customers dropping like flies, but the staff are leaving in droves, all since the takeover by France Telecom.. The once stable network seems to really be making a botch of itself in the UK market. Am sure I heard a rumour as well the other day that they were trying to push the 1st 2year contracts in the UK here as well£4988 Lloyds TSB Mastercard
