Guys Dad - yes, the wrong phrase can drop you in it (god knows it's happened to me enough times!). I failed to think of people not in the know - ignorance is bliss i guess.

You have made a good point about ignoring them too. The reason I say don't ignore them is because most of the advice I have seen has included ignoring ALL correspondance, inc. when the companies taking legal proceedings. This is juvenile in my opinion, and is when we should take action!

But you are right, most of the evidence would suggest this wont happen!

I have never, ever seen anyone advise a person to ignore legal proceedings. To do so would be ridiculous.

Why have you put this here? Start your own thread (after reading the sticky on the front of the board), and someone will be able to help you.

This is a thread about a private parking company, and bears no relation whatsoever to your issue.

ETA: I see you've now done that!

Ok, so now I've recieved letters from Minster Baywatch's collection agency, and from Graham White solicitors, the latter stating their intention to take me to court.... we shall see what happens!
On the other hand, I've recieved nothing else from Euro car parks (touch wood!)

Almost certainly 3 desks in a row in the same office. Unless and until you get an actual summons from an actual court, no worries.
