I think i may follow your lead tbh
as it seems he is just here to vent at any pwc who disagrees with his views/way. I have questioned him on several threads and he skips past the actual question. Life is too stressful  I was pepared to give him the benefit of the doubt but that also is wearing very thin.
And vents in quite a nasty way too
From what I remember though he seems to like you
Is that good or bad though :rotfl:

If you want to put someone on ignore just click on their username and choose user profile - in the top right hand side is a phrase that says something like 'add username to your ignore list' click on that and then you don't have to read a word they write....unless someone else quotes them
I cannot tell you how much nicer it makes the board

I'm just amused that DUTR is concerned that the OP's ex may not have time for contact with the child as he is working.....:think:0

Some simple maths using the UK average wage may present itself to show there is no financial point in seeing the child if paying csa2.
Are you for real? No FINANCIAL point? Seriously, you need help to deal with whatever it is that you see children as commodities and not humans that have your blood running through them.0 -
My OH was told RP could apply every 6 months. HTH x0

On a more serious note for those reading as NRPs on CSA2, if your children stay with your for 1 night a week or 2 nights a week then you will see a reduction in your maintenance calculations so if 2 nights a week then it will be 2/7ths reduction
It must be 2 nights a week when the whole year is looked at so at least 104 days not say 2 nights a week for 3 weeks of the month as that would only be approx 78 nights a year.
The reduction is an acknowledgement that you the NRP has responsibility and costs on those nights and for 2 nights is more than a 28% reduction of the child maintenance liability.
Of course, I'll bet most of us (whether NRP or PWC) would just love to share in the care and upbringing of our children.

LG, as said I'm not arguing or antogonising, sometimes it maybe worth the same gang of ladies having a read and understanding of what Im saying could be possible, not saying it is, just possible, some do ask , you have to remember just like me, there is a world outside what you may think, Im sure it is covered in another post earlier today.
I don't see children as commodoties, it is evident that the OP may do, doing overtime to pay maintainance should be applauded, after this poor chap has worked 6 or 7 days a week, e may be just maybe too exhausted to 'bother' with his child(ren) , it is only a thought not fact as we don't know .0 -
I think we have to remember that where there are some men who don't bother because they can't be bothered and there are some men who can't be bothered (wrong choice of words) are too emotionally drained to do anything about it. Just because a dad doesn't see his kids doesn't mean he loves them any less.
Just like there are women who use the CSA because they have to and those who abuse it because they can.0
