They're based in Cambridge, and their people are true techies in the traditional sense. No call centres or any of that. Just a bunch of guys who set up a few years ago and work 24x7.
I've used them for about 4-years. Almost no downtime. And their people are approachable and down to earth. None of this working-to-scripts and covering themselves. They'll tell you how it is.
