I am just about to buy a new HD TV and i want a 37" or 40" and would like to get a samsung, and im asking what the best way to get a good price .. will i be able to haggle in store if so how much will they go down to also what are the best stores to go to.

Yes you can usually haggle, how much deiscount depends on how good you haggle. Look for the cheapest Internet price, print it out and take it to a store as a bargaining tool

Margins are very tight on TV's on the high street as they make their profit by selling you cables/warrenties etc which is where the mark up is. They may try and chuck in cables etc 'cheap' to sweeten the deal and make the sale rather then reduce the TV shelf price. Don't fall for this trick as you will no doubt find such items cheaper on the net anyway.0

ASDA are good. Make sure you get something with a 1 year manufacturer warranty
