OSPS Contract Phone, Can't Get It Activated
I recently ordered a Motorola L6 from OSPS on a 12month free deal (OP1000). Whenever I try to use the phone it redirects me to Orange Registration. I try to register with them and they tell me I need to get OSPS (CPW) to connect me. I called up OSPS and they said they will resend the request. A week has passed since then and still no activation. I called up Orange again and they try to find my account details but there is no record of my mobile number (I ordered another phone, a V3, at the same time and that shows up no problem when they try to look up my account by address). What do I do now, it has been 2 weeks since the phone order was processed and sent to me and Orange have no record of this mobile number at all? One interested thing that happened when I ordered the phone was that I had to call in as when I ordered the phone online their system had no recollection of the phone, it went through as a blank order, I had to call them and they supposedly reinstated the order. Should I pester OSPS to connect me or sit back and wait with the possibility of never receiving a bill for this contract and getting a nice free phone without having to deal with cashback?
Thanks
