Confusing new BT online bill!

    Can't make head nor tail of my bills. Will PM BT Company Representative and offer up account details but here's the last 6 months bills. Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan (12 month contract).

    What I'm particularly struggling to understand is why my line rental credit for being on a 12 month contract went down in Sept and didn't appear at all in October?!

    Your auto renewing contract for Evenings/weekends was due to renew sometime during September but for some reason didn't so they are now charging you for the package - so no discount.
    Also line rental increased by 50p in October and from the look of your bill for October, the charge for the weekend/evenings package has also increased(??)by 30p.
    Most people complain of their contract auto renewing without them being informed ......but my daughter also suddenly found that hers hadn't renewed last year when she was happy for it to renew. We phoned and after ~ 3 months got a rebate for the charges (£3.99pm)

    Thanks Dave I was thinking it might be that. Am fairly certain I received a letter saying it would auto renew.

    EDIT: I couldn't find the letter, but if I go to "change calling plan" in My BT it says "Your current Calling Plan is Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plus Plan
    Your contract started on 30/09/2010
    Your contract finishes on 29/09/2011"

    so, I should still be getting the discount :/ Will speak to BT today hopefully to sort it out!

    Spoke to a nice chap at BT called David and I should be getting a refund on next bill. Thanks everyone for help.

    Keep an eye on your account.My daughter is on whole bill monthly DD - but didn't get the rebated charges until about the third month after the phone conversations!!
