T-Mobile Credit Check

Hello,

I ordered a phone from T-Mobile on Sunday the would have processed it yesterday but I havent got a confirmation email from them yet, never mind receiving the phone yet, but I though it was Next Day Delivery?

Anyway, does anyone know how long it takes for them to do the Credit Check and dispatch the phone?

Any help would do.

Hi - I ordered a phone from T-Mobile at approx 6.45pm yesterday and got an e-mail within 10 minutes saying that a credit check would be carried out. I received another e-mail this afternoon at 2pm, confirming that my phone will be delivered before 1pm tomorrow. On their website it does state that delivery is the next working day (if ordered and credit check carried out by 7.30pm) but I'm guessing that with their new Flext tariffs, they are a bit busy at the moment!
Can't wait to receive my D600 tomorrow - it'll be my first ever contract phone :j

Update - My mobile was delivered this morning at 7.30 (a D600E)

T-Mobile have been experiencing huge delays in credit checks, esp if they are refered (ie no auto answer) because of the amount of people going onto the flext tarrifs. Be patient, try and avoid ringing them cause that will just further delay them, and it will come through.

i called them today, just after royal mail tried delivering it, i was at work unfortunately, so going to collect it tomorrow morning from the post office!

has anyone ordered the flext tariff and had any problems with it? or even with t-mobile?

flext tarrif is their brand new tarrif, so I think its a little early to say whether there are any issues with it.. Just be aware that 0845, 0870 numbers and international roaming are not included in the deal.. Hopefully though if I manage my phone acount properly this will be the first time in 5 years I'll have had a bill under £30 per month.. Never had any problems with T-mobile, coverage is excellent where I am, opted for the W800i, quality phone!

ohhhhh thats a bit of a problem if the 0845 numbers arent included, they should be!!!
