call18866.co.uk reliable?

Has anyone used this successfully and found it reliable?

I have a new friend who lives abroad (ukraine) and am trying to set up a simple system so I can call her from my mobile without spending a fortune. I thought call18866.co.uk might be the answer so I signed up two days ago, registering my mobile and landline number at the same time.

However, they have not sent me the ID number I need to view and use my account, and since signing up their website has not been available (it never loads using Firefox or Internet explorer).

The websites for the two sister companies Martin mentioned 18185.co.uk and call1899.co.uk seem to be working. Should I change to one of these. They seem to do the same job for very similar cost. Is one preferred over the other? Please help, I am not very knowledgeable about this.

I have just logged into 18866 successfully using Firefox, the 3 sites you mentioned are sister companies under the Fineria (?) brand, and apart from slightly different pricing structures are basically the same, all are recommended on this forum.
