If i have used my maximum ISA allowance for this financial year can my partner open another one using the same address?
Maybe a dumb question but would just like to be sure before i apply.
Cheers

Yes, every adult has their own yearly individual allowance. Its based on your NI number, not your address, so use it or lose it QUICK0

cheers mate i will set up the isa in my fiancees name just now. Just one more quick question; if i invest about 1000 in a new ISA after 6th april can i add to it later on in the year to make it up to 3000? I am using the bank of scotland Direct ISA. Is it easy enough just to use the online function to transfer funds into the ISA?
Sorry for the Noob questions, this is the first time i have had enough to start saving and just wanna make sure i get it right.

Everyone can invest £3000 per year (every year) in a cash ISA - so put in as much as you can afford each year for tax free savings0
