dial-a-phone cash back address

Hi ,does anyone have the address of the dial-a-phone cash back redemption office as ive lost it and need to claim back my final payment.

Sorry for bumping up the thread.

I have had the same problem.

I found that if you log into your account via dial a phone, not only will you find the address, but also, you will find the schedule that you need to send your bills to them.

To find this, login, go to contact us, then select online, and you will see a section devoted to cashback.

From there, select the first option, and you will see a link to see your schedule.

At the links page, there is also a section with the address on.

Hopefully this will help others who have the same problem I and previous posters have.
