ooja - you can disable tea-timer from within the meus/options within Spybot..
to update java, go to control panel - java and find the update tab
Haha, thanks for the pointer, you read my mind! I was just having a bit of a problem finding the disable teatimer thingy. Found it now (with a right click) thanks

Its an anti virus so no not to be used along with avg, used instead of avg since its better.0
