They know they arrived as they were signed for but I cannot believe that there is nothing they can do.

Generally seated tickets aren't signed for. The TT for standing are sent by RMSD or by The DX (recorded) and she said these tickets are seated. TM or See, etc wouldn't know if they were delivered or not

I signed for them so they I know were signed for, my gripe is that TM say that the tickets are nothing to do with them as they were only the distributor for the promoters and that in no circumstances will we be able to get the tickets replaced. Legally is this right and is there anything I can do??

The wife won 4 tickets for the Circus tour 2 years ago and it was for the pre tour show, which was on the Thursday night, and there were 300 people in the audience.

She's done similar this year and won a vip package for the opening night on Friday. We are just awaiting the tickets.

I'm awaiting tickets from Ticketline for the 28 June, it's very worrying when they leave it so late, I've been to hundreds of gigs, and I've always had them weeks if not months in advance despite them saying you'll get them at least 7 days in advance.

Starting to think Ticketline are a bit dodgy as it's the first time I've used them. Does anyone else have their tickets yet for the 28th or later?
