Not received them yet and they are still saying that they are waiting for them to arrive.

We've had our Manchester 12th June Tickets for about a week (from see tickets). They arrived in a very annonymous looking envelope, not even requiring a signature.

I have managed to lose 3 of my 6 seated tickets for the Cardiff concert on 15 June 2011. I have called ticketmaster and they say that there is nothing they can do, is this right?? can they not cancel the tickets and reissue me new ones to pick up on the night?

Thats rubbish. You should say that you have lost (or better still) they have not arrived and get them reprinted on the night to collect.

You will have to do all 6 cancelled and replaced now if all on one order?
