I've also sold spare tickets on ebay for the July 10th show. The buyer has asked for their money back but to be honest, I'd rather not as the event has been rescheduled rather than canceled.

Does anyone know where ebay/paypal stand on this? It has been over 45 days since the sale.

Paypal will do absolutely nothing at all about this, their 45 day rule is fixed and final.

If you are still within 60 days the buyer can still leave feedback, but there is also the possibility of one of those new buyer complaints via ebay that I've seen mentioned on other threads. I don't think it gets the buyer any money back but it does seem to be able to affect a seller dashboard. However, even that I think is unlikely as buyer still has what they paid for.
