Question about Michael Jackson sold and the rescheduling of concerts

Due to them being rescheduled to March 2010 what happens to tickets sold on ebay? Are buyers allowed a refund or can they complain to paypal or anything or is it a case of just being another sale and theyll have to wait till next year?

Now apparantly its only the first 4 shows. But how does this work for ebay buyers/sellers? Can buyers claim their money back if they want?0

You still only have 45 days from the date of payment to open any sort of paypal claim, so once that has gone you've lost out.
However, assuming concert is resceduled then all valid tickets are surely refundable by the ticket agency? Although I would worry that any one buying from a tout doesn;t of course know where they were originally purchased, and also I wonder if refunds will go back to the original card used for payment.
Probably best to take this up with your sellers if this turns out to be true.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I am the seller. But surely theyll understand they havent lost out on anything. Their still gonna get a chance to go, even if it is next year cause theyve literally no chance of going this year now. Everyone will want to go to the shows this year in fear of anymore getting cancelled. Plus ive been keeping them up to date via email so we have a kind of bond now lol.0

I think if the buyer wants a refund they should have one in my view. I remember I bought Chamillionaire tickets from ebay and the concert was re-scheduled and it conflicted with another gig I was going too. Therefore, those tickets were pretty much useless to me, but the seller was really great and I returned the tickets to him and he got a refund from ticketmaster for me
I would just be wary of a situation like that happening maybe where the buyer won't be able to make the rescheduled date due to other commitments.Comping Fairy bring some luck my way! :dance:Love my Fiance Spiceboy :happyhear:iloveyou:0
