    you say they charged him for lifting the car? I don't think there is a legitimate charge for that.
    removal yes, relocation or lift and drop, effectively the same, no.

    but none of those actually lifted the car up. I'm assuming your friends case must be similar and the car wasn't actually lifted up, just the lines painted underneath with a gap for the tyres

    I was thinking that myself, maybe they are trying to get away with an extra charge fior lifting when they actually never lifted.
    I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
    Seek legal help if unsure.

    yeah but like I said there is no charge for that.

    it's difficult working on second had info. really need the proper story and ALL of the PCN.
