Forum periodically logs me out!

I have to keep re-logging in. It wouldn't be such a problem except when it happens as I'm typing a post. I hit 'submit' and then find I have to re-log in, and then no matter what I try my post is lost and I just get a blank page, however many times I 'refresh'.
Infuriating when you have spent time carefully scripting a post.
