faulty o2 phone again

right i have had 2 n95 that have got the same fault, the first time i sent it off i got one the next day, now o2 have said i will have to send it back get it repared and they will send it back-7 day turn around, cant i argue with them to get the same deal as before??
they said the policy has changed and this is the only thing they can do, i aint got a spare phone so dont think i shoiuld have to pay for the service i wont be recieving
please help

Think its withing 28 days you can get a replacement, after that its a case of wait. It comes under warranty from nokia.
My 8 gig screen went, o2 offered a refurbished non 8 gig at cost to me on the basis they said it was damage I caused (not). Other than that I think they will repair the phone for you for free if its a fault with phone which they deem to be not one you caused (if they suspect you cause it they will charge - in my case I repaired it myself).
Get a cheap phone from somewhere if you want to keep using the o2 allowance whilst you wiat for the n95 to be repaired.0
