I think maybe some people are taking this all a bit too literally.

The way I see it with a freebie, it's great if I get it, a shame if I don't.

This company isn't a large corporate with thousands to spend on advertising, so I think it's a bit unfair to have a go at them for something that was quite obviously a loophole they have now closed having also run out of stock.

Obviously each to their own but just wanted defend them a little bit :)

I wouldn't have minded if they had run out of stock before I ordered - but they should have made that clear (and, as violetta says, they actually do seem to have stock). My objection is that I feel like I may have registered under false pretenses.

I haven't had a cancellation email YET so logged in to Models Own to check and it still says order pending. I'm not very optimistic about the situation because I ordered after some people who have had their orders cancelled but I suppose it is a glimmer of hope!

This was an offer in an e-mail for Blyk members (Having received the e-mail) and they wouldn't have been expecting all of this interest so can't really be blamed for not having the stock, they were under the belief it was going out to Blyk members that had asked to receive offers on Beauty offers.

I don't think anyone can blame them, and I hope that I get my buffer as I applied through my e-mail link.

Really? When I signed up through the Blyk e-mail all I had to do was register and then order it for free. Did you get to it when it was swamped with orders already perhaps?
