  • Guys - I ordered mine at about 4:30pm yesterday - I got all the confirmations I had ordered it - but then got the email this morning that it was out of stock and I hadn't bought anything. - Looks like we're all in the same boat.

i ordered mine around the same time as you homemark. No cancellation email yet. Im sure i will get one though. To be fair (as mentioned above) i think it was intended for people who are actually going to buying something as well

I ordered about 4pm and it stated that you got a free buffer if you registered OR with your first purchase. No cancellation email here (yet!).

When I get this email (as I surely will!) I think I may email back and point out that the terms said you only had to REGISTER to receive the buffer (it was only an alternative to add it to your order if you purchased something).

It would be nice if they sent the buffer to everyone who ordered it under last night's terms and conditions.

Perhaps we should rename it the '2-way nail buffer' - yesterday's rules and today's new rules!

Well said! :T It's not fair if they change their terms after the orders. We gave out our details on the condition that they sent us the gift.

Edit: no cancellation email here... yet.

I think maybe some people are taking this all a bit too literally.

The way I see it with a freebie, it's great if I get it, a shame if I don't.

This company isn't a large corporate with thousands to spend on advertising, so I think it's a bit unfair to have a go at them for something that was quite obviously a loophole they have now closed having also run out of stock.

Obviously each to their own but just wanted defend them a little bit :)

I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok - they know me here! :D

I don't think they have run out of stock, as you can still have the buffer if you order something!
