And at most Customer Service desks they are still saying no, so don't build your hopes up of getting this resolved quickly. They are wrong, but be ready and don't be surprised by the runaround Tesco are giving their customers on this simple matter.

DS Dundee will have to refund people's money by giftcard if stores won't.

Don't throw your vouchers away, even after expiry. Hold on to them with your receipts, even well into June, and if need be claim the whole lot from Dundee at the end.

They really need to learn about their own policy, this is much worse than the usual argy-bargy about the ordinary manufacturers 'coupon policy'. At least stores have discretion over that - but there is NO DISCRETION about spend & save coupons. If you spend the right amount then Tesco, at store level or at Dundee, will have to take the voucher (eventually).
