I'm glad it has finally come to an end for you Hintza.

I am also getting concerned at the amount of ebay email that doesn't arrive. AOL users have never received my mail, but recently vast swathes of my end of auction emails have not arrived and buyers are also beginning to complain they are not getting mail via 'ask seller/buyer a question' either.

It does seem odd that the only mail I can guarantee to receive is the spoof phishing mails!

    hintza:

glad to hear you recieved your goods in the end

sorry that your ebay account % is now lower, but continue, as each positive feedback is placed your % will increase. even the big traders receive -ve feedback,

when i started out i had problems with 2 non payees, who both gave me negatives, because i had left them -ve, even though they where in the wrong, cos they didnt pay up. this reduced my rating to below 95%.

but i have persevered and now my rating is 99.5% on 600+ feedbacks.

I tend to leave feedback as soon as i am happy with the transaction, normally right after i have posted the item

if i get left neutral or -ve then i reespond to it, but i would like to think that people would contact me first should they have any problems.

    good luck and happy ebaying
smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to.... ;)

I aslo have 2 non paying buyers (from another sale) and so want to to leave a negative for them. But just can't afford too. Will see how my feedback goes over the next week or so.

I have now left +ve feedback for all my buyers will just have to wait and see how many are really cheesed off??!!

You could always ask the buyers to mutually withdraw their negative feedback if you have gone out of your way to get them sorted out.

The comments will still appear on your feedback page but they won't show as negatives.

Maybe send them a box of chocs in the post or something to convince them?

I know it sounds corny but maybe worth considering to get your feedback back up.
