Hi Guys,
I have put this number on the thread about them cancelling the Orange off peak tarrif thread too, but thought it might be worth a thread on its own. If you call 0800 049 6496 and press option 1 you can get through to their sales dept who can put you through internally to customer services, hence you avoid their 0871 customer services number.
Their web sales phone number is 0845 402 0488 if you have no joy with the other one.

from what i was told today from a customer services person from tomorrow the company will be web based and will no longer do incomming calls ( may not include the sales) all correspondence will go via email as site is getting updated to do this
but we will wait till tomorrow as they never seem to be able to give out correct advice0
