    We're having leek bacon and potato pie with mashed swede and mixed veg, might do a pudding but I haven't decided yet.

    I've just finished a plate of DH's veggie curry, using onion, garlic, mushrooms, fine beans, potato, sweet potato, carrot, sultanas and half a banana! It was very very yum. :D

    Got some ice cream waiting now .. can you tell it was shopping day, today? :laugh:

    HM steak, mushroom and ale pie, roast spuds (in goose fat :drool: ) and steamed brocolli. HM choc chip ice cream. I'm going to get soooooo fat!!

    Hubby is cooking Quorn curry and basmati rice!

    Would have been a smashing meal except my wisdom tooth is playing up, so it's soup or weetabix for me :(

    roast chicken, roasties including sweet potato, peas and sprouts and gravy with stuffing.
    also nanny gave the kids a packet chocolate muffin mix ,so i made it today and there yummy.
    also made some really nice rolls in bm.
  • hubby will be cooking omlette using up slightly out of date eggs(checked first to see if still fresh) and a few odds and ends from fridge with HM chips.

    oooo, I might have an omlette :D

    I'm just sat here wondering what I can make with what is'nt in the cupboard/fridge :rotfl:

    So, its either omlette or cheese, potato & onion pie.

    Just got to ask my husband to cook the omlette for me (I can't see raw eggs and then eat them. i can cook them or eat them - not both :o:D )
    Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...
