It's not strange, your monthly tarriff will include a premium to cover the higher risk of giving you credit. No different to a sub-prime mortgage deal really. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I have recently purchased a phone from this website and have been accepted but still need to send off proof, therefore no money has been paid yet. Please explain whether it is worth continuing with this deal and whether there are any hidden catches involved. I have bought a contract that has 200 mins, 500 texts on orange for £30 a month. Is this all I will pay??
Many thanks for your reply,
Luke0 -
Hi,
Just to confirm that there is no premium in the monthly tariffs offerred through this website as i have compared the talk plans to other similar websites. The reason that they are able to offer such lucrative deals is because they are part of Intek Communcations Ltd, who are one of the biggest mobile phone retailers in the UK, so they must have good trading terms with the big networks.

Promoting your own company isn't supposed to be allowed on here

Spam reported.
Not the cleverest of usernames to pick, was it?No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
I do apologise, i wasn't trying to come accross as a spammer, but was simply just stating the fact that what Macman said about the premiums was not true.
After all i presume the reasons this forum was started was to provide customers with facts on their particular subjects.
Thanks and sorry to those who were offended.
I will not use these forums to spam like this again, but would like to keep my account for other posting purposes.0 -
My other one was disabled, as i said i wasn't trying to spam, otherwise i would have picked a more suited name!0

I have used the 3minutemobiles site before, It was exactly the same price as the orange website, I got a sim only deal. No fuss at all.
They seem to only do deals on orange tho. so if orange is what your after you'll get accepted no problem. Its a full search etc on the other networks.
I think you were a bit too quick reporting for spam macman. If you read his answer, all he does is answer the question , nothing more nothing less.
and if you'd have actually checked the tariffs instead of getting users barred you'd have seen they are competitively priced and arn't inflated for poor credit.
...just a thought.0 -

But he was promoting his own company without revealing his association with it-that is not permitted under forum rules, and is why the mods took down his first registration. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
