Samsung Tocco - Browser Blocking?

I've just bought my 14 year old daughter a Samsung Tocco on the best value contract I could find (Orange £18 months at £12.22/month). In order to ensure costs are kept as low as possible without any nasty surprises, I want to completely block access to the internet. Is there any way of manipulating the settings to ensure this? It seems far too easy to accidentally open the browser which is worrying me. :cool:

You just need to call Customer Services and ask them to bar the GPRS facility. This stops any browsing and emailing.
