If his wife left him then he could request a reassessment based on the lower income in the house.
If you bother to read above you will see that it can be beneficial to give the NRPP wage as the CSA contribution can be lower due to housing costs.0 -

hes full of attitude as ive seen on another thread.his arrogance is disgusting.hes got out of bed the wrong side lol.hes obviously feeling bitter about things and defends the nrp even when they are in the wrong.its a waste of time reading his posts,they are insulting and rude.i think hes upset about not receiving money for his step child although he makes out hes so great that he does it by himself!0

oh diddums ,has an absent parent managed to rattle you a little bit ??? bout time someone like my stood up for absent parents ,i am paying £1.00 per week for my two kids (50p each lol) and guess what?, my wife is in a great paying job allowing me to take time out until as such time my two kids leave further education so that i dont give my ex more than she is entitled to by law .Can the CSA take my wifes wages into account? NO! why do you think that? because i am totally correct that i have managed to beat the dreaded CSA .i am taking my two boys on ANOTHER cruise this year and as my ex cant afford to take them anywhere and i am a wonderful father who clothes,feeds and gives them lots of love and pocketmoney.would anyone like a postcard??? silly silly yappy people ...start telling the people the correct answers instead of usin this a chat line cos your bored :T0

yes i agree ,i hope someone better than me does help absent parents ...in the mean time i will do what i can to make sure they know the law not just make up crap they think is correct ....one thing though i do agree that ALL parents should pay for their children but as most fighting when people separate is about kids and money i dont think that will happen soon ...and i bet everyone will agree with me there .:T0
