Ryanair fees? help

hi, i am due to fly out to spain in a few days, i booked in online last week, no problems there, the wife then asked if we could take a suitecase with us, i phoned ryanair up and was told to go to my booking online and add a suitcase which was £20, i have been searching around the internet today to find out about the "bag drops" at the airport and i keep coming over stories where people have been mis-informed over the fee and have to pay extra! i have tried to phone ryanair up ! what a nightmare i can not get through to a speaking person, so my question is, when i go to the airport should i have to pay any more fees? for the hold bag? also where are the bag drops in liverpool airport? thanks for any help

My understanding is that you will have to pay the additional charge because you want to put a bag in the hold.

Look on the bright side, at least you don't have to pay £1 to use the loo on the flight.

they stopped the idea of the £1 for the loo and come up with a "fat tax" where larger people pay more!!!! crazy airline!

about the bag, i have already paid £20 when i went to "manage my booking" online , i just wanted to make sure there were no more fees! i know ryanair charge you for EVERYTHING

Just be careful about the weight as its 15kg for the hold luggage. I got some portable luggage scales from B&M yesterday for £1.99 that can weigh up to 22kg and they seem to be just as accurate as getting on the bathroom scales with my case and then deducting my weight to be left with the weight of the case.

And yer, if you are over 15kg they will charge. I am used to 20kg, but it just means you have to think do you really need things.

Remember the 15kg limit is per person with no sharing whatsoever. Dont get caught out by thinking 2 people, 15kg each put 20kg in one case. That would costs you 5kg * £15 in excess baggage.
