I've just ordered a PEAK 1GB SD card from PC Global Direct for £22.65 delivered.

I've never heard of PEAK before, but it does have a five year guarantee and has a speed of 150x.

There is probably somewhere cheaper again, but I have just bought my 1gb SD card from Amazon with free delivery for £17.79 plenty in stock. It is only a couple of quid cheaper than the OPs but at least they are in stock.
