Recently married and weighing in at just under 18 stone. I started CD at 19stone5lbs. Goal weight is between 13 and 11 depending on how i feel
I cant CD properly anymore since my work has offered me full time and while at work i have to eat (i work with special needs kids and eating with them is part of the job) so i will suppliament all other meals with CD but will be eating roughly a meal a day {with no choice as to what the meal is} (some days none and others two depending on my shifts!)

Alpha they were fine and I loved the fact you could chew something. However they have knocked me out of ketosis  kinda squashes the whole idea of CD. Anyways just had a long bath now going to have one of my shakes... a new day starts now :j
Faye I average about 3 litres but sometimes if I am up late I can drink anything up to 4.5litres. You will know when you have had too much. You can die if you have lots in one go though ~ just drink gradully0 -
I drink three to four sometimes more. Its only dangerous if you went from nothing to like upwards of five all at once. Its all at once thats a problem as detail in this article
