Does a mortgage appear on your Credit Report

    They don't though. I have bank accounts that show nowhere. I thought it was something to do with the length of time you have held them. Sure I read that somewhere.

    I think bank accounts only show if you use the overdraft facility. I have 3 current accounts, with 3 different banks (Nationwide, BOS and IF) and they all have an authorised OD limit of at least £1500 but none of these accounts are on any of my credit reports. I assumed this was because I am not using the facility. My mortgage is on there and also my previous mortgages from switching lenders.

    I have and use my overdraft facility on my bank account but it's never appeared on my credit files. I remember asking about this in the past and I think the date of when the account is opened came into it

    Nope, lived at the bottom of my o/d for years. Main current account. Never ever been shown. And I have checked my credit files lots!
