The woman who we saw was a Housing Officer for the Benefits team.....she did keep going off to find out various bits of info .......

I just need to know the info regarding the OR's letter ..... Need to know if this would suffice & how long its likely to take......

BR or food this month????? We really cant go on like this for more than a couple of months......

Council are not up to speed with the BR side of things...

Will that be Deeds OF Acknowledgement as well?

    I would think so......

But as we are no BR that I dont see that making a difference unless there is a BR clause in there....

We wont sign anything that we dont like the look of until we have sought the correct advice!

read the volu reppo letters very carefully, it would not surprise me if they are re wording them to try making you liable even after BR.

My OH has a HP agreemant that has tried that one, not a snowball in hells chance of standing up in court, but it still adds extra agro im sure.

Just be very very very very wary;)

Thats the bit that worrys me, from expeariance, you tend not to see what you dont want to when your desperate, and they prey on that, just be cautious, you can always post what they send for a second, third, fourth, etc opinion if you want, it cant hurt;)
