o2 Broadband (Opinions/Answers please....)

Hi all,
Is anyone a customer of o2 Broadband, and if so, can they answer any questions I have.....
- Any pluses or negatives of note? speeds/customer service/connection
- Is it slow during peak times (5pm-9pm)?
- Do they traffic shape?
- Do they port block?
Online there is a lot of praise and very few negatives but trying to gauge some more up-to-date opinions. I’m currently with fast.co.uk and have had no problems with them but for a lot less and a whole lot more for the price, it seems stupid to turn down the latest offer?
Fast.co.uk seem to openly state the "No Traffic Shaping" as a selling point which is important to me (games/video/iplayer/etc often in peak times) but o2 seem to be less open?
I've got offered this for a very cheap rate but feel there has to be a catch somewhere?!!
Any comments would be apprieciated.
Cheers,
Paul
