OOh, I forgot to tell you lot this...
when we were at Center Parcs and had dinner in Hucks on the Saturday evening. It was a lovely sunny evening and as we were glancing around at our fellow diners my hubby suddenly gulped and spat burger and chips everywhere.
He gestured across to a window seat where a bald chap was enjoying his meal.... un beknown to him he had part of the word 'c0cktails' shadowed clearly across his head from the writing on the restaurant window(yes it was the bold bit)
    It was so funny!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I need a life.

That's almost as sad as loving Excel ;)

I seem to have spent most of the day arguing (good naturedly) with my workmates because they keep saying they really want to do certain things but then making pitiful excuses why they can't... what do they call it, self sabotage?
