That gives you a link to a report tool where you can ask ebay which bit you fell foul of, the one thing that got you suspended was that you just relisted without finding out what was wrong.

Interestingly Birkenstock are not registered as an automatic VERO removal:

Don't expect your suspension to be automatically lifted in 7 days, you will need to apply for reinstatement and should start now, if you email them, expect to send 5-10 emails, you should eventually get an email asking you sign and return a statement promising never to sell counterfeit goods on ebay, after which you will be reinstated.

the vero people have no real way of knowing what is real and what is genuine so they often just blanket ban all listings by reporting them as fake.

I've sold several pairs of my old pre-loved Birkenstocks on eBay without a problem but I knew that they were 100% genuine having originally purchased them from legit retailers. There are lots of fakes around, India and Thailand are notorious for them and they often end up at car boot sales when people get back from their travels. Perhaps the ones you were listing were fakes.

OMG! I've sold LOADS of pairs of used shoes on ebay! lol I have a tendancy to buy high heels for going out then find I can only walk in them for about 10 mins & have to sit down for the rest of the night! lol So eventually I just end up selling them on ebay. I'm gonna be well worried now that folk buying them are wantin them for something dodgy!!!! Come to think about it, I sold a pair of red high heels to someone called Steve at xmas time..............:rotfl:
