Tag called BT nothing

Hey,

Just moved house a month or so back. I ordered BT phone line in the new house and got it. I called Be an ISP I was with in my old house, they keep telling I have a service on my phone and I should call BT wholesale to remove it. Problem is, I don't have Internet from anyone and BT wholesale won't even talk to me - they say " Your ISP should call" - my ISP keeps saying the same crap.
DearX, Thank you for contacting us. Please be advised that we have contacted BT in order to check the status of your line and if we will be able to clear your line with them and they have informed us that there is an active service on the line provided by BT Wholesale on 12.05.09 Due to Data Protection Act we are not able to clear your line with BT. In order to continue we need a MAC (Migration Authorization Code) or a clear line. Please update us how to proceed.
As you can see, BT Whole is probabily another ISP they are protecting ( Data protection crap). I really help, Im no expert on computers. I spent 5 hours over the course of two days calling BT and Be and still nothing. Bt keep putting me through to someone and then someone else and else and else till I get to some Indian who can't transfer be anywhere and says he understand.

Please someone help.

I see you sent me a PM earlier today

Thanks, you gave me exactly what I needed to work with. I sent a reply but I thought it would be worth posting here too just to make sure you know whats what.

Dont worry, this wont cause major problems I'll get it sorted easily enough, sorry about all the hassle you have had to go through though.

    Just check your PM inbox!
