I am tied in on a contract with T Mobile until Feb 2010
My phone is utter rubbish, has been dropped a few times and constantly turns itself off
I want out - is there any way?!!!
Or I want a cheap-ish, better phone that I could use on the contract until Feb next year! Any advice?!

Buy a PAYG phone, Or theres a way of getting out the contract, Its called the early termination fee and it might be pretty expensive.0

ASDA had T-mobile handsets for £10 on PAYG, and fairly decent Nokia ones too...0
