Article suggestion: house buyer companies

Would Martin be willing to do an article on these companies that offer to buy your house from you, such as National Homebuyers (this is just an example in case anyone else is wondering what type of company I am referring to)?

I'm sure that some people (myself included) have been thinking about selling their house to one of these firms and then renting it back in order to get at the equity, especially being too young for looking at equity release schemes and messing up our pensions for retirement.

Without wishing to pre-empt Martin, I've heard scare stories on the radio about people who have done this, only to find that the rental charged increases substantially after 6 months or so, and they are then evicted for rent arrears.

Sue, I think I saw the same articles - that's why I'd like to see Martin (or one of his journalistic colleagues) do an article on them for MSE with advice on them and what to look for.
